By accessing and using the ChatAfrika platform, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

"API" refers to the application programming interfaces provided by ChatAfrika.

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Use of Services

You take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ChatAfrika grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or to develop applications that interface with the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Services. ChatAfrika reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChatAfrika, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
